We would like to thank you for telling us that the goods which we sent to you have a problem . While we can not give an explanation now , we can promise you that we look into this matter and will write to you again soon .

It is not uncommon , we will immediately send its short comings, namely a pack Krisyana Batik . The reason you complain about lack of a pack of the fault of our team packing process . We 'll evaluate this incident and it is certain it will not happen again .
